Fried rice w/ pineapple and taste great!
I like this rice so bad!
Ingredients:
2 pc Chinese chorizo, diced
1 head garlic, finely crushed
1 pc medium onion, chopped
100 g carrot, chopped
150 g medium shrimps. peeled and sliced
2 pc eggs, beaten
2 1/2 tbsp. patis
1 can (439 g) pineapple tidbits, drained
150 g cabbage, finely shredded
3 1/2 cooked rice
1 stalk green onion, sliced
Directions:
1 Sauté chrorizo until oil is extracted. Set aside chorizo. Add 2 tbsp. cooking oil to the chorizo oil, then sauté garlic, onion, carrot, and shrimps. Add eggs and cook until just set.
2 Add chorizo, patis, pineapple tidbits, cabbage and rice. Mix well. Cook for 3 mins., stirring constantly. Stir in green onions.
And done!
