Coffee Jelly


Ingredients:
1 90-gram pack clear gulaman
1 tablespoon coffee powder
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur or dark rum


Directions:
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Let boil for at least two minutes, stirring contantly. Longer boiling will result in a firmer gelatin.

- Pour mixture into a glass dish and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes or chill for 15 minutes

- Cut the gelatin into thin strips. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
