The story: SkyCable advertised the new channel lineup on The Philippine Daily Inquirer and The Philippine Star showed on Sept. 7 and 8 respectively. New channel's include: Balls, Maxxx, Velvet, KidsCo, AXN Beyond and Fox Crime and also adding Disney Channel to SkyCable Silver lineup. The new channels are intended to replace all Solar Entertainment channels namely: Basketball TV(BTV), Solar Sports, Crime/Suspense, Jack TV, ETC, and 2nd Avenue.
The reaction: Kung tinanong nyo ako tungkol dito, well ayaw ko ang desisyon na iyon. Yun nga kasi mahilig ako sa BTV dahil all-basketball wala nang iba. So aayawin ko na ang SkyCable dahil sa ginawa nila.
