12.29.08 - Manila Ocean Park, free VANS sneakers, lot of eating...

On this day, the CARANDANG family went on an trip outside home..
-Left home around 9:00 am..
-Picked mom from Makati Medical where our grandmother is being cared..
-Went to Manila Ocean Park..
-Lunch at Pancake House (my food was great) (I bought Starbucks for myself)..
-My mother and 2 brothers went inside the Ocean Park..
-I became part of "Father and Son" bonding.. (we never went inside the park)
-Went to Robinson's Ermita to pick my free VANS sneaker..
-Went to Shangri-La Plaza where my brother picked his VANS sneaker..
-Dinner at Steak Escape Shangri-La Plaza (Sirloin Steak hard to cut)...
-Home at 7:30 pm

I got SIMPLE things for CHRISTMAS...

During Christmas Eve, at my grandmother's house.. I got the chance to distribute the gifts.. When I got my gifts here they are:
1. Cash
2. 3 wristbands
3. 2 T-Shirts.

It was really simple gifts. Not as big as the PS2 we got last year.

But that's ok, the cash I earned will be spent well soon.

Christmas is coming, here is my wish-list.. The things that I want to get this Christmas:
1. Sony PSP - So I can take my game anywhere
2. A camera for myself - So that I won't borrow from my parents
3. iPod (maybe a nano) - So that I won't be using my father's iPod
4. NBA 2K9 - Need to upgrade my NBA game

There were more inside of my head, but I can't remember, hope I get at least one of these..

Hell Week has come to an end... Christmas Party

HELL WEEK has come to an end...

After it was all over, we had our Christmas Party, it was all food, exchange gifts...
In the end I got no gift... HEY! Where's mine??
After the party we had a massive cleanup, we removed the decorations inside and outside the room.. We created a huge paper mess. But we were still able to finish cleaning the mess..

Now we can rest for a while... as the Christmas Break starts now...

Even before the exams had begun, Hell Week has begun the day before the BIG ONE with quizzes in Filipino, Math, English, AP, and CLE, together with Periodical Exams in Computer and PE.

What am I doing inside my room... I'm being vain...

MATH PROJECT, COMMUTE AND MEASURE...

It all started for me when I came in at around 12:30 pm.. I waited and waited and talked to my classmate last year who was also waiting.. At around 1:10 pm my groupmates started to arrive... and at 1:30 we left and taxied our way to Town and Country Executive Homes in Cainta where we are going to measure the lot. The rain delayed us but we were able to finish measuring. At 4:00 pm we went back. I don't know back then how was I able to get home. Luckily, my classmate offered me to commute with him towards Claret...

No wonder I should learn to commute so I can go anywhere.. This exams, I will commute from Claret going home..

I just got CONFIRMED, and a boring FAMILY DAY for myself...

The day began with the Confirmation where over 100+ students from the 3rd and 4th Year Levels, will recieve the Sacrament of Confirmation. It was great when we got confirmed. I saw Alison Carlos, pretending to be the sponsor of one of our batchmates. After the confirmation we had to leave immideately because an ordination was going to be held afterwards.

We went to Chocolate Kiss in the UP Diliman campus for something to eat afterwards. I love lasagna...

At around 2 pm, I went to the Family Day, where I went to mass, and joined the lantern procession where there were only 7 SVF students including myself. After that I was bored, I had no one to talk to.. and I went around the campus looking for someone to talk to.. I just went home at 9 PM, an hour before the fireworks..

I had no camera to capture the pictures, that's why i'm blogging.
