It has been a week since the Ateneo College Entrance Test, I saw the ACET as something as an huge English Proficiency Test as most of the test had English, there were also a lot of Math questions, the essay, and it's really a time-pressured test. Where in one sub-test, you have to answer 25 questions for only 5 minutes.
Back in Claret, I joined some school organizations, like the school paper Tanglaw, and to provide matter for the Claret Debate Society. I joined them to do more in school before we graduate in March 2010. I want to leave Claret with a good mark.
We had our last exposure in Kalayaan Avenue, where we spent time in an depressed area of the city. We also planned the community project for the area, which will be implemented in January 2010
The USTET will be on October 25 in Espana, not like the previous 2 years, where Claretians took the test in Claret. Good luck to those who will take the DLSU-CET on October 11 (I'm not intending to go to DLSU)

Exposure III-SVF

-Botanical Gardens
-Went on a mass before leaving.
-Stayed in a house for a couple of hours.
-Had an activity after lunch.
-Enjoyed with the kids.

3 DAYS: CULTURAL DANCE, EXPOSURE, INTERACTION with STC
Ano kayang pangyayari sa buhay ni kArLc within the past 3 DAYS? hmm..
DAY 1 (Wednesday) 9.24.08: CULTURAL DANCE
CULTURAL DANCE, ang project sa AP this 2nd Quarter. At ang chance para sa 3-SVF para maibawi ang pagkabigo noong Sayawit. Ito ay ang pagtanghal ng mga kultura ng mga bansa.
Ito ang naging resulta:
1st SJW - India
2nd SLR - Spain
3rd SVF - China
RATING NG SVF sa JUDGE
JUDGE 1: 99 YES!
JUDGE 2: 96 OK PA RIN!
JUDGE 3: 84 WHAT?!? BAKIT 84? BAKIT MABABA?
WE WERE STRIPPED!!!
BAHALA NA BAWI NA LANG SA CHORAL ELOCUTION!
DAY 2 (Thursday) 9.25.08: EXPOSURE
EXPOSURE, the time we go to a community of the urban poor. This year we head back to the Botanical Gardens area, the 2nd time in 3 years. We stayed with a family for 4 hours talking about what's happening within the area. Then we entertained the children at Botanical. There I met Josh (at first I called him Jot), he looked like my brother as he remembered my name. The experience was unforgettable. :D, at sa BUS, ang pangloloko kay Gelo ni Mr. Emana.
DAY 3 (Friday) 9.26.08: INTERACTION DAY! AWOO!
INTERACTION, this year we had our interaction with St. Theresa's College, specifically section III-6. The interaction was a SUCCESS! Maraming nakuhang FS, YM at MULTIPLY. Maraming maganda at may nakuhang friends. AT MASAYANG KASAMA ANG MGA THERESIANS! :D Kaya lang kulang sa T.I.M.E., Si Gelo ay tuluyang pinagtripan ulit sa BUS papunta sa STC at pabalik ng Claret.
GUSTO KO PA NAMAN SANA KUMUHA NG MGA PICTURES, KAYA LANG HINDI AKO PINAYAGAN, MEDYO NADAYA AKO!
PERO THIS HAS BEEN 3 DAYS OF LESS SCHOOL WORK AND HAPPINESS.

EXPOSURE of II-STM.... (w/ ENGLISH WEEK AWARDING & EARTHQUAKE!)
Well, last Tuesday (Nov. 27) is a day to do something good..
It's our exposure in which we go to a area we don't get to appreciate most of the time....
We went to NIA Road somewhere in Pinyahan QC. But days before this happened, some of us brought food, things that will be given to them. In this exposure, Ms. Prime wanted us to have the exposure in the AVR. But, a decision says that we must go to the area where we are going to held the exposure..
OK...
Before we went to the area. We watched the English Week awarding. Well we won the Choral Elocution in the 1st-2nd Year Division. We fell short over I-BPC in the Debate Finals.. But it still means a blessing that we had a great English Week.
After this we went to the bus that will take us there. 15 minutes later we're in NIA Road. The street to the church was too narrow. We walked for 5 minutes and reached the area...
There we held a lot of activities like games, magic, coloring w/ the kids and a lot more..
After these we had a small tour. I wasn't there with them because I helped cleaning the church..
After the tour we had an evaluation about the exposure, During the evaluation si Ms. Prime may naramdaman, She thought Tristan was pulling her chair but we found out that an earthquake happened around the Metro...
We left the area at 2:00 pm and we arrived at around 2:15-2:20 pm. There were alot of people outside.
THIS WAS A NICE AND SOMETIMES STRANGE EXPERIENCE
